You can do some general computer searching yourself on the internet - try the MLS search here. But to request a viewing, you must work directly through your agent. Rick will most likely find several suitable homes for you on the computer listings. He will be able to show you a picture of your possible new home and give you all the available details about its features.

When you tell Rick you're interested in seeing a house, he or she will immediately arrange for a viewing. Plan a proper, convenient time for viewing. Make it a time when you're not pressured by other commitments. Take your wife/husband/significant other or any other adults involved in the decision but, unless it's unavoidable, don't take your children with you.
